Ready To Begin?

 On the evening of the scheduled dinner, your Chef and service staff will arrive with the freshest ingredients. While the Chef begins cooking your server will  set the table

Just one short hour later, you and your guests will begin with displayed hors d'oeuvres‏, at this point many of our clients tend to enjoy drinks  and light-hearted conversation

Next, everyone will be seated for the plated salad, and entrée courses 

To conclude the evening, enjoy something sweet from our dessert menu

As you and your guests enjoy your final course our team will begin clean-up. All of the dishes will be loaded into the dish washer and your kitchen will be left spotless
