What's Included

Mise En Place is a "fee plus" personal chef service. This means that all prices are based on a flat, per-session fee, plus the cost of groceries. This allows us to tailor your menu options to perfectly suit your taste and budget

There is never any mark up on the cost of groceries, you pay exactly what we pay

All pricing includes menu planning, grocery shopping, meal preparation/cooking and clean-up

The price per meal is comparable to what you might pay in a restaurant. However, no restaurant can match the personalized service, customized menus or convenience we offer

Services & Pricing

Dinner for Two: $305 + the cost of groceries, grocery cost will be determined by the menu you choose

Party of Three-Five: $360 + the cost of groceries, grocery cost will be determined by the menu you choose. At least one server is required for groups of four to ten at $100/service staff member

Party of Six-Eight: $470+ the cost of groceries, grocery cost will be determined by the menu you choose. At least one server is required for groups of this size at $100/service staff member

Party of Nine-Eleven: $550 + the cost of groceries, grocery cost will be determined by the menu you choose. At least one server is required for groups of four to ten. Two servers will be required for groups of eleven at $100/service staff member

Party of Twelve-Fourteen: $605 + the cost of groceries, grocery cost will be determined by the menu you choose. At least two servers are required for groups of this size at $100/service staff member

Party of Fifteen-Seventeen: $660 + the cost of groceries, grocery cost will be determined by the menu you choose. At least two servers are required for groups of fifteen and at least three for sixteen-seventeen at $100/service staff member

Party of Eighteen-Twenty: $715 + the cost of groceries, grocery cost will be determined by the menu you choose. At least three servers are required for groups of this size at $100/service staff member

Parties of 20 are the absolute maximum group size

What to know

Pricing for our main menu consists of 2-4 hors d'oeuvres, one plated salad and one plated entrée. You may choose a dessert from our menu, or a custom dessert, ordered from our friends at the Social Bakery

For our specialty menus you will enjoy a set, 5 course, plated, chef inspired meal.

Looking for a little extra attention? Not a problem. Our service staff are here to make your event one to remember. They help in the kitchen, set the table and clean up, so you don't have to. You can always add additional members to help serve drinks or recreate a specialty cocktail. The price per service staff member is $100

All specialized menu requests are subject to a $25/person fee, we have many menu options that are vegetarian, vegan, gluten and/or dairy free.

Please note, we are unable to cater to celiac disease restrictions

Let our staff recreate your signature drink for all of your guests to enjoy

Mise En Place does not require a deposit, any cancelation in less than 72 hours notice will be responsible for the cost of any preordered items for their planned event
